Shipping policy

Delivery charges are not applicable on all orders of above amount PKR 2000-/. We will call and send customers an SMS / email with a verification code (OTP) to confirm the order. Orders will be processed after confirmation of verification code from the customer. For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider before opening the package. Orders for Lahore usually delivered on next working day however in Karachi and Islamabad will be delivered within 2-5 working days while delivery to other cities may take 3-5 days.
